AHHA does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise release individual identifying information to any third-party about its patients or visitors to its site, including the names of those who communicate with AHHA clinical staff via e-mail. AHHA treats any health information discussed with clinical staff in strict confidence. Any personally identifying information, including information supplied in order to register for full access to the site, will not be released. AHHA does maintain an internal list of e-mail addresses and other identifying information for its own use in order to provide notification of AHHA special events or updates, and may from time to time forward information from clinicians or vendors we believe provide useful, high quality information or products that might be of value to our patients and site visitors. Any forwarded messages are done using a blind list and e-mail addresses are not released to these parties when this service is provided. AHHA is not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites you link to through this web site.

HIPAA Notice: Because AHHA does not participate in insurance plans, and has opted out of Medicare in order to privately contract with patients, AHHA does not participate in any electronic claims submission.
